Can I add another Directory to my DocbookMD account?

It depends! DocbookMD shows Directory lists that are populated by your affiliations. If you are a member of a medical society, and you're also a member of your local hospital or practice that is partnered with DocbookMD, you should see both Directories under the Directory tab.

If you are a member of more than one medical societies, it is likely that you will only be able to see one medical society at a time, depending on that society's specifications. All regionalization is handled by your medical societies and, depending on your society, they may allow access to only one.
